Guest Policies
FIRST TIME GUESTS
New guests must put a credit card on file when booking their first appointment.
New guests who no-show their appointment will be charged up to 100% of the cost for the service they booked.
ALL GUESTS
Credit card required at time of booking and up to 100% of the scheduled services will be charged if guest has done any of the following:
More than 15 minutes late to appointment
No-show appointment
Cancel appointment with less than 24 hours notice
Reserve right to cancel appointment if guest is more than 15 min late
Groupons will be fully redeemed for guests who no-show appointment
Right to refuse service to anyone for any reason other than discrimination based on age, gender, race, religion, or sexual orientation
May require client to sign a waiver before performing services
Adjustment and re-do services will only be considered within 7 days of service
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from date of purchase
Minor guests under the age of 18 must have guardian present during consultation
