Guest Policies

FIRST TIME GUESTS

  • New guests must put a credit card on file when booking their first appointment.

  • New guests who no-show their appointment will be charged up to 100% of the cost for the service they booked.

ALL GUESTS

  • Credit card required at time of booking and up to 100% of the scheduled services will be charged if guest has done any of the following:

    • More than 15 minutes late to appointment

    • No-show appointment

    • Cancel appointment with less than 24 hours notice

  • Reserve right to cancel appointment if guest is more than 15 min late

  • Groupons will be fully redeemed for guests who no-show appointment

  • Right to refuse service to anyone for any reason other than discrimination based on age, gender, race, religion, or sexual orientation

  • May require client to sign a waiver before performing services

  • Adjustment and re-do services will only be considered within 7 days of service

  • Gift cards are valid for 12 months from date of purchase

  • Minor guests under the age of 18 must have guardian present during consultation
