Renae brings both passion and creativity to her journey in the beauty industry. Having grown up moving from place to place, she’s called St. Louis County home for the past 15 years—and for the last seven of those, she’s been immersed in salon life. Now, as a Student Apprentice at Elle Salon, she’s turning years of behind-the-scenes experience into hands-on artistry as she works toward her cosmetology license.

What inspires Renae most is the connection she builds with people. She loves hearing guests’ stories, getting to know them, and using her creativity to help them look and feel their absolute best. For her, the magic of hairstyling is in that moment when someone sees themselves in a new light and leaves the salon glowing with confidence.

She thrives on working with all types of guests, whether they’re committed to their signature style or ready for a bold transformation. No matter the look, Renae believes everyone deserves to feel their most confident—and she’s excited to grow her craft while helping clients shine.
